Eligibility

✓Of Tamil origin, or who identifies as Tamil or is of Tamil descent, and a resident of Australia
✓Under the age of 35
✓Holds the position of CEO or Managing Director
✓Actively involved in daily management of the company for a minimum of 2 years
✓Holds majority ownership or control of the business
✓Standard ATCC eligibility (bankruptcy / convictions / public office)
