How it works

01Fill in your name, their name, and a short personal note about why you think they'd be a great fit.
02If you've got their email, we'll send them a one-time message from ATCC introducing your suggestion. (No mailing list — promise.)
03You'll also get a personalised share link to send via WhatsApp / SMS / however you usually keep in touch. A personal nudge carries more weight than any email.
04They land on the application with your name + note shown at the top. Easier to start when someone backs you.

Why this matters

The strongest applicants are often the most modest. A personal nudge from someone they respect makes the difference between hitting "apply" and brushing it aside.
